Since 2003, I founded HPO Creation, a consulting firm specializing in leadership and organization development, and have facilitated and coached thousands of leaders and leadership teamsprimarily in Asia and Japan to strengthen their performance, resulting in a significantly improved employee engagement and performance. Past clients have included AstraZeneca, Bayer, Diageo, Goldman Sachs, Hilton International, LVMH, Magna, Manulife, Pfizer, Schott, Springer, Swarovski, Victrex, and many more. He also teaches leadership development and organization change at Temple University Tokyo.
Prior to becoming an external facilitator and consultant, I had more than 10 years of marketing management experience with record sales for several products along with 10 years of Human Resources and Organization Development management experience at various global companies, such as Procter & Gamble, Levi Strauss, and Nortel Networks. I am a certified master coach, organization assessor, and a certified Human Resource Management Professional. He is also certified in several assessment tools, such as TriMetrix, DiSC, MBTI, and Facet5. I hold an MBA from Northwest Missouri State University and a Doctoral degree in Education in Organization Change from Pepperdine University, USA.
